Gold Plated Articles: Worksheet

		Minimum quality requirements must be met depending on whether the article is gold filled, rolled gold plate, gold plate or vermeil.
		The quality mark applied must truly and correctly indicate the quality of the gold.
		The quality of the article must fall within the prescribed tolerances for gold plated articles.
		An acceptable quality designation must be used depending on whether the article is gold filled, rolled gold plate, gold plate or vermeil.
		Where only a part of the article is composed of the precious metal of the quality specified, the name of the part must be specified immediately before or after the quality mark.
		A legitimate trademark must be applied to the precious metal article.
		The method of marking the trademark must be the same as the method applied to the quality mark.
		Other marks applied to the precious metal article must not be calculated to mislead or deceive.
