Plated Hollow Ware: Worksheet

		Minimum quality requirements must be met depending on whether the hollow ware is gold plated, silver plated or Sheffield Reproduction. Minimum composition requirements must be met if the article is base metal nickel or Britannia Metal (tin base).
		The quality mark applied must truly and correctly indicate the quality of the precious metal.
		The quality of the article must fall within the prescribed tolerances.
		An acceptable quality mark must be used depending on whether the article is gold plated, silver plated or Sheffield Reproduction. An acceptable designation must be used if the article is base metal nickel or Britannia Metal.
		A legitimate trademark must be applied to the precious metal article.
		The method of marking the trademark must be the same as the method applied to the quality mark.
		Other marks applied to the precious metal article must not be calculated to mislead or deceive.
