Competition Bureau Releases Guidelines on Deceptive Notice of Winning a Prize Provision

OTTAWA, April 20, 2007 — Following a public consultation process, the Competition Bureau has released the final version of the Guidelines on the Deceptive Notice of Winning a Prize Provision — Section 53 of the Competition Act.
